I give this product a very low rating.
As far as I can see these heads are not much sharper than the ones I had been using for
the pastyear.

In all fairness, I cannot yet rate this item. I purchased it as a replacement for future need. However, if it works as the present heads do now, I am well satisfied.

These replacement blades just arrived yesterday. My previous blades were probably close to 1-1/2 years old (original) and they still worked but it just took a bit longer to get the job done.
The replacement blades obviously work as expected. They provide a smooth shave and in a fairly timely manner as I just discovered now. As others have stated already, for best results what you want to do is lightly go over your face with your Philips shaver. If you press too hard, things won't work as well and you'll mark up your face.
The only minor issue that I had when installing the replacement blades just now was that the heads didn't fit exactly right into my razor. At least I didn't think so. The original heads just fall into the razor but the replacement ones not so much. I'm 99.9% sure I bought the right replacement product here. Ultimately, what I did was simply keep my original heads and put the replacement blades into them. That worked perfectly.
Just a side comment on shipping after reading some reviews here. Folks, it's FREE shipping. What do you get for free these days anyway? So what if it takes a few extra days or a week to arrive. If that's not good enough for you than pay for shipping. My replacement blades actually arrived a few days before they were supposed to and they came via USPS. A few weeks ago I bought a netbook from Amazon that also shipped far sooner than I ever thought it would - and it shipped free.
