 Do NOT buy this item from Amazon Jul 20, 2010
I bought this Bissill cleaning solution from evVive Home through Amazon. The shipping charges were free. However, soon after receiving the cleaner I went to WalMart. Lo and behold, the cost for the same product and size container was $19.99. My husband went back to WalMart the next day to compare bar codes. They were the same on both the container I received from evVive, the container in WalMart and on the tag on the shelf storing the container. I called evVive Home. When asked how I was, I said I was madder than a wet hen and told him why. The name of the young man was Michael Kerri. He was very patient, kind and understanding. I was put on hold for a few minutes. When he returned he said evVive Home would send an email to Amazon and I would receive an email from them before the day was over advising that I would be credited $30. Within three days the credit showed up on my credit card. Thank you evVive and Amazon for the refund.
I just checked Amazon and they continue to offer the cleaner at $49.99. BEWARE.

Buy a 60 ounce 2X concentrate at Wall Mart for $17.99. Don't buy this and get ripped off for the cost and shipping.
If you notice the advertisements do not put the size you are buying in the add. You have to zoom in on the screen and hope you can read it.

Nothing can fool pregnancy nose! We moved into a house and the people that lived here before us had a dog with a pee-pee problem. The house smelled fine at the showings but we shampooed the carpets which made it smelled WORSE, and I was pregnant to boot. Upon a recommendation from an employee at Sears we bought this cleaner. We tried several other cleaners and they did not work but I was SO SO miserable that I thought we would have to get new carpets all together. This was our last shot.
It is wonderful. No trace of the dog pee smell at all. And now my son is potty training so we have used it even more.

I really had my doubts about this product, but took a chance because of reviews left by other users. It just works and my small apartment, which is fully-carpeted, hasn't smelled this fresh and clean in over a year. I usually buy the heavy duty cleaner specially made for my Hoover SteamVac, but was never thoroughly impressed with the results. Yeah, it got the job done, but my 13-year-old lab with kidney problems has been having more accidents in recent months. I felt like I couldn't keep up with the smell no matter which spray or cleaning solution I used. The Bissell formula just works. I'm so amazed...and very happy!!! Highly recommended to anyone with pets! Oh, it also removed other stains from my carpet that were over a year old. Did not expect that either!

I've had a steam cleaner for 5 years now, but a pet for less than one. I decided to try this for a couple of new spots on the carpet from potty training. I wish I had tried it years ago. This cleaned every room far better than any other steam cleaner detergent I have used. I bought it on a whim, not really thinking I needed a "pet" formula detergent seeeing as I have a 7 lb indoor dog, but figured why not give it a try. My boys track much more mess into the house than the dog does- and this product took care of it better than any other.
