 good for my needs Jul 18, 2010
This is a neat little machine. The only thing I would change is that you can't go to sleep to one sound and wake up to another, because the alarm will be set to use the last sound that was activated. I also had an issue with the time projector not working. What it projects on the wall didn't even resemble a time, and I fiddled with the focus and the angle all in vain. I read the instruction manual, and couldn't see anything I was missing, so I guess I just got a defective product. I didn't care about that feature, though, so no problem for me.

great little clock with many sound choices. Definitely worth the money and better than the average alarm clock.

The nature sounds are great on this machine. It's my third one (one in each bedroom).

I love my new HoMedics clock radio and sound machine with time projection. I like the fact that I can turn the projection off and conserve the light source. The six nature sounds are very soothing and I use one of them every night to help me relax and drift off to sleep. I especially like the night sounds, rain, and thunder. I grew up in a rural environment where I was able to listen to the sounds of crickets, frogs, etc, and miss them now that I live in a small city on the upper floor of my apartment building. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a time projection/sound machine. The price was right also!
A Great Clock/Projector May 20, 2010
This is a very good clock/ceiling projection unit. Once you get used to just glancing at the ceiling for the time it would be very hard to go back to having to sit up and squint at the end table. The radio is OK, not outstanding but accptable.
All in all I would recommend it to anyone looking for the a good reliable ceiling projector.
